Verify a sealed response.

Paste a Sealed Manifest JSON (you can copy one from any response in the demo). The verifier checks: (1) the Ed25519 signature is valid, (2) the response text matches its hash if provided, and (3) the capsule’s Personality Vector has not drifted since the seal date.
