Privacy policy

AI Time Capsule (the “Service”) is an early-stage research and demonstration project operated by Rodion Sorokin and Serhii Nikolaichuk (the “Operators”), independent inventors of the patented technology described elsewhere on this site. The Operators are reachable at s.rodion2009@gmail.com and nikolaichuk.s.f@gmail.com.

The public demo is intentionally minimal. We collect the following:

• The text of questions you send to the demo capsule (William Carrington III).
• HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) that any web server inevitably observes.
• Application-level metrics (latency, status codes) for operational monitoring.
• Optional waitlist application data when you submit the Ancestor Pioneers form.

We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifier unless you voluntarily provide them via the waitlist form or by emailing the Operators.

• Operate the service. Question text is sent to the Anthropic API to generate Will’s responses; Anthropic processes it according to their commercial terms.
• Improve the service. We may aggregate and anonymize question text to improve retrieval quality. We will never publish question text in identifiable form.
• Respond to you. If you submit a waitlist application, we will reply by email.
• We do not sell your data. Ever.

Every response from the demo capsule is signed with an Ed25519 key and may optionally be anchored on the Polygon Amoy testnet. The published manifest contains hashes only — no question text, no personal identifier, no PII. The on-chain anchor (when enabled) is a bytes32 hash; nothing user-identifying is written to the blockchain.

HTTP logs are retained for 30 days, then rotated. Waitlist applications are retained until withdrawn by request to the Operators or until the Ancestor Pioneers Program is closed.

• Access. You may request a copy of any data we hold about you at any time.
• Erasure. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time.
• Withdrawal. You may withdraw a waitlist application at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email the Operators.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly accept submissions from them.

We will update this policy as the Service evolves. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.
