AI Time Capsule (the “Service”) is a research-stage public demonstration. It is provided for evaluation, education, and investor diligence. It is not a finished product and carries no warranty of any kind.

The demo capsule “William Carrington III” is a fictional character. He does not exist as a real person. No real person’s identity, voice, biometric data, or personal records are used in the demo.

• You may interact with the demo for any lawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to harm the Service, its users, or its infrastructure.
• You may not attempt to extract Anthropic API credentials or other secrets.
• You may not impersonate another real person, especially someone deceased, by submitting questions designed to elicit responses attributable to them.
• You may not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual.

The mark AI TIME CAPSULE™ is a US Trademark (USPTO SN 99375584). The architecture is the subject of US Utility Patent Application #19/319,614 and US Provisional Patent Application 63/864,239. The source code in the public GitHub repository is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 license. Commercial use requires a separate license — contact the Operators.

Responses generated by the demo capsule are simulated and are not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Do not rely on them in any decision of consequence.

The Service is provided “as is.” The Operators disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Operators’ aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to USD $100.

We will update these terms as the Service evolves. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.
